I ruined lunch and I'm bummed :(

my quiche never set. I make quiche all the time and never had a problem before. Now it's burnt on top and not done in the middle...I could have just gotten take out hours ago if I didn't have my heart set on quiche. PB&J for lunch it is, I guess.
