BOB car seat adapters

I just found a 2008 BOB SE revolution duallie on craigslist, but they do not have the carseat adapter.  Does it matter what year the adapter is?  If I bought a new one would it be compatible with this stroller?

Also, I know the web site lists the carseats the adapter is compatible with, but has anyone ever used it with a baby trend?  and can you run with the adapter?

I also bought a 2008 Bob SE on craigslist.  I just got the car seat adapter in the mail yesterday, but haven't tried it yet.  There are 2 different car seat adapters.  To find out which one you need go to the Bob website and it will tell you which one will work based on the serial number of your Bob.  They are only compatible with certain car seats, so you need to check on the site to make sure your car seat will work.  I ordered my adapter from Wayfair.  It was about $68 including shipping and also comes with a cup holder tray.

BOB does not recommend the use of the infant seat for jogging. It is a tip over risk. Your Really shouldn't jog with LO until he/she can sit on their oaround have excellent head control, typically around 6-8 months.
