Mucus Plug

Does anyone know if you can lose your mucus plug pieces at a time? Everytime I'm in the bathroom I get big pieces of what I'm assuming is my plug.

Wow - gaggers. For the first time I would recommend a TMI in that title.

I would imagine you can lose it in "pieces" - like clots in your flow...

Yes - you can lose pieces of it over several days

Yes, I've heard that sometimes it can take a few days for the entire plug to come out.....

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago and I found out that your mucus plug can grow back even after you lose parts of it. Fun huh!

Yep you can lose it in pieces and over a few days. That is how I lost mine.
