If this is your first baby your body is in great shape and never been stretched out before.  I dont think you look small at all.  Just wait a few more weeks, you'll wake up and BAM it's like someone blew up a balloon in your stomach overnight.

With my first pregnancy, my bump looked a lot like yours.  I didn't really pop until 20+ weeks.

With this pregnancy, I'm already huge.

You're about the same size as myself, if not bigger and I'm almost 20w.  Also, I just had my 20w anatomy scan the the baby was measuring perfectly (a day ahead) even though I've only gained 1.5lbs so I wouldn't worry.

You have a very cute little bump. I look the same way! My dr hasn't said anything about how small I look. He said that as long as im not loosing weight I'm fine! I haven't gained any weight because I have has m/s so bad! But again I think If there was anything to worry about your dr would say something.
