Is anyone else getting almost daily headaches? I didn't get any headaches during my first pregnancy, so this is new. I've been getting them almost daily in the afternoons. Tylenol doesn't work.
I have them ever so slightly and didn't get them with my first either. I have expressed this to my chiropractor and the adjustments are helping. Good luck!
A few weeks ago I was getting them daily. Only lasted about a week, though. I hope they go away. If not, ask your OB if there's anything else you can take.
I used to get shiatsu massage and my therapist showed me a pressure point on my feet that would take the edge off a headache right away. It was in between the big toe and the second toe, about 1/2 inch in. I'd apply firm pressure with my thumb for a couple of minutes and it worked. However, I know that there are some pressure points that should be avoided during pregnancy. I'm not sure if this is one of them, so do some research if you decide to try this. Feel better!
I'm getting headaches more frequently. They haven't become a daily thing at this point, but they last a long time when they do kick in. I read in my 12 week update that headaches become more common and can end up replacing morning sickness. I don't want to pop Tylenol all day so I'm just trying to deal. Hope you can figure out a trick that works for you!
