can you hyphen last names in PA? and would a last name have any effect in a court room?

    Are you asking when the baby is first born? In PA you can give your child any last name you want, hyphenated or not. Why would it effect anything in court? I was not married to LO's father, he has my last name and it hasn't changed anything.
