Update on cord-flow issues/29 weeks 5 days

Sorry no updates lately. I ended up with the Nora virus(stomach thing)? Just now coming back from that. Scans have been back and forth. Nothing awesome (except my beautiful girl's pics) but nothing worse than before. Her heart rate took a dip for 40 seconds today and freaked me out. They put me on my side and reassured me all was ok. I think we have a growth scan Monday to see if she is thriving ...enough in there with the cord flow problem. So I've been telling her to grow as much as she can so she can stay in a little while longer. Our girl is going to have to fight when she gets out regardless and that both scares me to death and breaks my heart. Some days I don't know if I can be strong enough to not go insane when she gets here. God tells me I am so I'm trying to believe it.

You've shown great strength already - I'm sure there is plenty inside of you to keep you going once she arrives. Good luck! Lots of T&Ps for ya.

EVerytime I see you post on here I am glad to know you are still hanging in there!  It must be so frightening to be in your position.  I just wanted to tell you that while it seems hard to believe, it is amazing the strength that we all find when it comes to our children and I know you and she will fight the good fight together.

You're strong enough. It's the same strength that allows us to lift busses off our kids and you have your faith and God to rely on. He is strong even when you're not feeling like you can be. Lots of prayers coming your way.

Sorry to read about your situation, you seem like a very strong woman and when she comes you will just know what to do im sure!!!  Praying for a wonderful growth scan, take care and good luck!!!

Many prayers still headed your way!  Have they started giving you/her steroids (for lung development)?  And I'm glad to hear that your stomach bug is over.  That must've been terrible too!

I got my 2 days doses of steroids last Monday and Tuesday when I first arrived. That should definitely help her when she gets out. She is just so small. Even though we are 29 weeks she was only 1.2 lbs. I worry about that the most. The doctors do say that most babies act their age when they get out. Hopefully, she made enough progress since I've been here. Thanks so much for all your support, ladies. It helps that you are here for me to vent to.
