If he doesn't get an Easter basket my nieces aged 4,5, & 6 would be asking me all day where it was. I will probably put a few of those plastic eggs except with cheerios instead of chocolate inside. My mom got him this DVD called Holy Baby, that will go in. I'm not sure what else yet.
I'll be doing a small basket for DS. I'll probably get him a few books, a new toy, and maybe a new bath toy. I'm not sure what else to put in... I need ideas ladies!

Yeah, I asked this because I would like to get her one, but I just didn't know what to put in it. But, there are some pretty good ideas so far. Thanks!
Yes, I've already started my shopping. We got a bunch of the dollar board books from Target, a little stuffed animal, a small pail and shovel set for the beach this summer, and we were also thinking of buying some of those plastic eggs and filling them with puffs.
I actually got everything yesterday. I got him three new books, the touchy feely ones he loves, and a stuffed bunny. I'll probably get him some puffs he loves too.
I just got a few small toys to put in her basket. Some bath toys, and a few regular ones, nothing too terribly exciting. I am also going to throw in some pajamas that I had bought anyway, and a book or two.
I just got her a couple cute outftits and a waterproof spring coat. I'll probably get a little stuffed animal and a couple little toys or something to add in it.
Yes. I'm putting a snack container, an Easter board book, some bath toys, and easter eggs filled with puffs/yogurt melts. And a chocolate bunny for mom and dad

A stuffed animal. We take those plastic eggs you can buy empty and fill them with puffs, makes a great shaker toy and then when they get it open they can eat what's inside. I also get some little toys and board books

Bubbles, one of those shiny pin wheels, a board book, some Easter egg rubber duckies, a stuffed bunny and a couple Easter "Little People". I got it all at Target.
I'm basically doing things that I don't want to wait until July to give her. I have a set of squirty bath toys, a stuffed "sock dinosaur," a little toy cell phone (maybe she'll leave ours alone?) and I'll throw in some of those plastic eggs for her to roll around and chew on. I'm also going to add a book and write her a little message in it. I'll do the book thing every year.
In the future, she'll get fewer toys and more candy
Putting in some teething biscuits, and fruit melt thingies as the candy substitute. Then I'll put in a new book or two, at least one of which will actually be Easter themed. If it feels too empty I may also roll up a pair or two of the new babylegs I bought for some added pops of color.
An Easter book, Baseball hat (Go Browns!), and some pool toys for our vacation in May. I am going to put some eggs in there just for fun. DH also picked out a basket to use every year.
I just bought some plastic easter eggs that are sport themed (football/baseball/soccer) I have no idea what Im gonna put in them, but I thought it was cute.

Re: CP: Easter Basket
We've got older kids, so we pretty much have to, but we would anyway.
We'll put puffs, socks, maybe some onesies and a small present like a stuffed animal or hand toy.
