Is this dress slutty for 2nd trimester mother?

Hi,ladies. What kind of clothes do u suggest to wear for a pregnant mother? Im in my 2nd trimester now. I prefers to dress sexy even i am pregnant. I'm thinking of buying this v-neck empire Dress .But I'm afraid it looks slutty or fat on me.You know, my body is a little bigger now. Do u choose this dress if u're in your 2nd trimester? What's your opinion?

    I think if you still have the body even if your preggers. Wear it! What ever makes you happy and if showin off your bump makes you happy do it!!
