Yup, anything and everything. I just feed him off our plates but when i know I've made something not suitable for him or that I know he won't eat, like chili for example, I keep some leftovers say from chicken soup and feed him some chicken and veggies.
Everything and anything. I try to balance out lunch and dinner--so if she gets more dairy for lunch, I'll give her veggies and protein for dinner. Vice Versa
