I had this around 14/15 weeks, but I'm no help because I have no idea. It happened to me one time when I went on a nature trails walk, and then about 10 min later after stopping, it felt tight, and like I had to walk funny. It wasn't painful, but it was uncomfortable and unusual feeling. It lasted for about 3-4 minutes or so, and really freaked me out.
From what I've gathered, it could be a braxton hicks caused by the walk/maybe dehydration, and drinking a lot of water should help. It hasn't ever happened again, but I only assume that could have been it. Or possibly bothered RLP just from normal stretching/pulling.
If it gets painful, is accompanied by spotting, or doesn't go away, I'd call the on-call service.
