Gaggy Feeling

So I am just a lil over 5 weeks now and the last 2 days have been having a gaggy feeling in my throat. I am not actually gagging it just feels like I could any minute. With my first pregnancy I just felt like I had the flu and threw up constantly. Any of you ladies experiencing this? Also when you did you or have you started throwing up?

Re: Gaggy Feeling

  • That's a version of morning sickness. I never threw up with my first pregnancy, and same thing this time around... from 7-10 weeks I was just super, super nauseous and gaggy.

I'm sorry! Hope you feel better soon.

  • This is really the only m/s I've had so far and it comes and goes. I'll have it one day, then I'll be fine for 2-3 days, then it would come back.

  • I started feeling "gaggy" this week....it seems to come and go...mostly at night though..which tends to be my worst time of the day anyway!

  • I've been feeling the same way this week. It's usually in the morning. I've yet to throw up but I've gone to the bathroom, just in case, it's so bad.

  • Ughh yes! I feel nauseated every morning. I run to the bathroom but nothing ever comes out. It could be a lot worse so I shouldn't complain :p

  • I have been feeling like this for the past 2 weeks or so. Around 10:00am every morning it starts. I gag, but can't throw up. It goes away in the afternoon and comes around again later at around 6:00ish. Usually it's when I am really starving, and eating something helps a bit.

  • I had the constant gagging feeling weeks 6-8. I started vomiting from brushing my teeth during week 8 and it continues now (I'm 10w3d).

It seems like there isn't much to help the gagging/nausea feeling but it did lessen for me after week 8. Now I jut try to use as little toothpaste as possible!

  • I have been experiencing the same thing. Only have thrown up once but I get a gagging sensation every once in awhile and/or I feel nauseous through out the day.
