Levels after ET ?

I know this has been asked but I'm still not sure how it works. This Fri. I have to go in for bloodwork to check my estrogen and progesterone. 

What are they looking for? What are good numbers? Since I am using Crinone and not PIO, how will they be able to measure my progesterone with bloodwork? I thought it wasn't able to pick it up because of it being a gel and not in the bloodstream.
