DH is mad at me

He came home with milk that had an yesterday for an expiration date and now I am making him return it.  He kept saying we can just drink it fast.  Sorry buddy!

    We have a house rule that it gets tossed after 3 days past expiration date.  It's still ok for 7 dped, but anything after 3 or 4 just smells funny.

    Ewwww!  If there is one thing DH is anal about it is possibly spoiled food.  If it is anywhere close to the expiration date he wants to toss it.  Food has a strict 3 day rule in our fridge, if we don't eat the leftovers within 3 days it gets tossed.  He had really bad food poisoning once and just doesn't chance it anymore.

    This is also why I love Organic milk, for some reason it always has a expiration date of several weeks in the future (might be the way they package it).

    Ditto. Thats all i buy anymore because DH can't drink milk and I dont drink it too much.
