I'd never use Billy, Frank or Raymond.  I don't know why, but I'm just not a fan of Raymond, the other two I prefer the full name for.  Jack just barely skated through on this for me, but I like it better than Raymond, so it won out!

Donald, Raymond, and Harold. I just think they're very ugly. There are a couple I wouldn't use because they're in he family (not necessarily ALL on men I have negative feelings about, but not anyone I'd name my son after).

LOL DS's name is most peoples #1 not use, Donald, I wasn't originally in love with it but DH wanted it because it is his grandfathers name.  I LOVE it now, unique and classic and actually really cute on a little guy

Walter is TERRIBLE to me. It just sounds so nerdy. I also don't like Harold or Donald.

I have a friend who has a 3 year old named Kenneth. She calls him Kenny. Very unusual for nowadays.
