Waterproof Outside Play Blankets - Recommendations?

Hi all,

Warm weather is coming here soon, and I'm thinking about ways to take LO outside to play.  I was considering putting down an old blanket in the yard for her to crawl around on, but I feel like it will get wet since the ground is likely to be damp.  Is there anything on the baby market with waterproof vinyl/plastic on on one side and fabric on the other?  TIA!!

we use ours all of the time- picnics, playing outside, camping, bbqs- going to outdoor concerts

I have a JJ Cole one that folds into a "bag" with a shoulder handle. It's a great size and works great. Got it on Amazon.

I actually got one at Target two years ago that works great.  It rolls up into its own carrying loops.  We've always just used it for picnics, but it will come in very handy this year to put DS down on to keep him out of the grass (at least until he learns to crawl off of it).

I also have a JJ Cole one that folds up and can be carried on the shoulder like a bag. I love that blanket. When I first bought it DH ask me if it was really neccessary. Now we couldn't imagine not having it. We use it all the time. Even when the kids get older I won't give it up. It is wonderful to go to the beach, the baseball field (we love to go to minor league ball games) and just to the park for a picnic. I have taken it with me to the local fall festival and just throw it out on the lawn and the kids listen to the music and have a place to sit, no need to bring chairs.
