For those of you that use Sunbaby Diapers

So I am about to click and commit on some sunbaby diapers to add to my stash.  For those of you that use these:

Should I get size 1 or size 2?  Looking for something that last longer but if I can cloth diaper earlier due to size that would be great as well

Did you get the inserts or just supplement your own?  I am assuming the inserts are similar to BG inserts since they are microfiber.  Should I just buy inserts elsewhere or pay the extra to have the inserts included?

I also purchased mine before there were different sizes. The ones I have started to fit really well at about a month-my daughter was 7lbs 8oz at birth.I purchased the inserts with them, and while they don't have the size down snap like the bum genius do, they seem to work comparably otherwise. I don't thing the size snap does all that much anyways. I have been really impressed with the quality of sun baby, especially considering their cost. They are very soft inside, softer than BG, in my opinion, and I love the prints. One last thing is that the side snap that prevents wing droop works really well.

So one person said SB fit at a month... The Irachelle said at around 16lbs?... is that a normal size for 1 month old or did I miss read... just looking for a good fit.  I am holding off on buying these just yet since it appears she changes patterns and I don't really like the selection she has now... Thanks!

16 pounds seems very odd to me. I couldn't tell you exactly what my LO weighed at 1 month, but at her 2 month checkup she was just over 10 pounds, so probably started fitting around the 9 pounds mark for us.She is fairly long and lean too, with not a lot of chub on her little thighs.They are still snapped to the smallest rise and smallest waist . We don't have leaks(we don't use them at night though, as I prefer fitted with wool).I think they they snap up a hair smaller than our snap bum genius(but the aplix bg get smaller still), and the wing snap makes them fit even better. They took forever to ship though, 7 weeks, I think.
