I am 24 weeks pregnant. This past week I was seen by my doctor for a sinus infection and am currently on an antibiotic. 

I woke up this morning with terrible stomach pains, and dizziness. Ate breakfast and halfway through I threw up.

Ive spent the rest of the day with mild stomach achiness and a loss of appetite. Headache and burning eyes to but i figured that was cause of the sinus infection.

With all this goin on i can still feel baby kicking... My question is..should i go to the doctor or just chalk it up as a bad pregnancy day?

You might have a touch of the flu. Im 21 weeks and since about 12 weeks Ive been doing alot better however I have at least one night/day that I feel awful fluish, morning sickness a week. So it could be both. Ive also noticed anything I take (maybe your antibotics) make me feel worst to. Last night I started getting bad stomach pains and started worrying but woke up this morning fine. I think its normal that your worrying.

I think it might be a combination of your antibiotics and infection.  I was put on antibiotics for a UTI and it made me so dizzy and sick feeling. Keep an eye on your kick count and let the doctor know you are getting side effects.  You might not be able to change antibiotics, but at least your doctor will know you are getting side effects.
