My son is STTN [for the most part], but the trade off is that he's attached to my boob, so I'm not bragging to anybody.

I agree. After 1 year old PUH-LEASE just say your child is "a year and a  half" or "two years" or even "a year and two months". I HATE when people give their child's age in months after 1 year. I heard someone say "35 months" once. I thought it was ridonkulous. At that point, just say 3 years old or almost 3 or 3 next month.

I feel the same way.  Do not tell me how much sleep you get.  If you do, I will fantasize about punching you in the face.

I seriously CANNOT wait until LO is 1 because I am SO tired of washing bottles! He will be permenantly sippy-cup using starting July 2, 2012!!!

This is my FFFC too, I was swearing under my breath as I washed bottles last night about this... especially all the parts!!!!

When people talk about TTC again, I always assume their LOs are easy and STTN.  I KNOW in my head that's not necessarily true, but I can't convince my judgy self otherwise.

My other FFFC... my DH's godson, who is 2 months old, is like the PERFECT baby.  STTN every night, naps like a dream, never cries, etc.  I must admit that before he was born, I was hoping he'd be as difficult as DS.  He's the easiest baby in the world, and I find myself getting mad at his mom sometimes because I'm so jealous of her perfect, easy life.

DD is the world's worst sleeper. Has to sleep swaddled, snuggled up to me, and nurses continually through the night.

And I'm pregnant. I figured I'd put myself through hell for a few years, instead of going through hell with one baby, waiting a few years only to re-enter hell. I'll sleep in 2014.

So, I'm either wicked smart, or nucking futs. Or a mixture of the two
