DD nurses in the AM (usually at 5:30 am and then goes back to sleep for another hour or more) and before bedtime. During the day she gets either a cup or sippy cup with water in it. I really don't think she drinks even 10 oz of water a day. It's something I'm going to ask my dr about on Monday (when we have our 1 year appointment because our schedule got all screwed up).
I sometimes give her milk from a cup. (Honestly, it's only been 3 or 4 times.) She drinks it, but it's messy and I think I might just start using the sippy cup.
She gets 3-4 sippies a day, depending on what we're doing that day and what else she's eaten. Each sippy is about 5oz? She also gets about 8oz of water. I have to be careful with the water sippies because she doesn't just take sips here and there. She will suck the entire thing down in 30 seconds and it fills her up.
She gets 6 oz of WCM with vitamin drops when she wakes up. After that she is offered a sippy of milk or water throughout the day at daycare, and from what they write down, she has maybe 1/2 cup twice a day while there. Once she gets home she has a few sips of milk or water and that's about it. No juice yet, no plans to offer it either. She does get a couple pouches of organic puree fruit/veggie or fruit/yogurt which she drinks as a smoothie type snack a couple times per day as well.
Em drinks about 4 oz of formula when she wakes up and right before bed. She sips on 8 oz of cold breast milk from a sippy cup throughout the day. I just take it in and out of the fridge for meals and offer it to her, toss what's left at the end of the day. She's not a big drinker. She likes to eat a lot more. When we're in the car or out and about I take a sippy of water with us and she maybe drinks 1/8 of it, if that.
Before she took solids she only drank 16-24oz of milk/day so she's about the same now plus enormous amounts of food.

James will still take 30 oz of milk a day if I let him, I thought about lowering his intake to 5 oz at every feeding so he is only getting 25 oz, he still eats solids at breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks, about 6 oz of apple/water mix, as he is a little constipated fellow and the doctor suggests it. Do you think this is okay? DH says if he takes it, it can't hurt him. He isn't heavy at all, actually on the skinner side. Just wondering your thoughts from you lovely ladies

Joshua is starting to take milk out of a sippy cup (FINALLY). I still give him two bottles a day for 16 oz and he maybe takes 2 more oz from a sippy cup. He loves water from a sippy cup and drinks a total of 12-14oz from it each day.
