Sorry I have to vent and ya'll are the only ones that know how I feel.  

I am a special education teacher and I have to take my students to get their breakfast, along with various things. But, every morning when I walk into the cafeteria, the same worker tells me how much bigger I am. That is not what I want to hear first thing in the morning!

Tomorrow, smile and kindly say, "Thanks, you too!!" and walk away. Hopefully it will be the end of her BIG comments & you can have better mornings. Then just continue to smile everyday after that that so there is no tension either

I always used to say "well actually, I think it's more the babies than me- thanks for noticing how healthy they are though!"

You could always smile and say "well, that's my goal! It's tough work growing two healthy babies in there!"

People really just often don't know what to say to pg people, esp. if they know it's multiples. Hang in there.
