thoughts on cayson?

I came across this little boy yesterday and his name was cason/cayson (not sure how they spell it). It is not really my style, but it fit that little blonde boy perfectly!

What do you think?

I know of a little boy named Casen. It fits him very well, but I wouldn't personally put it on my list.

It looks like mom and dad were fighting between Carson and Jayson and just slapped the two together. It's not a bad name though-I like the "Casen" spelling the best. Cason looks like Mason.

It's pretty awful.

When I breastfed, I couldn't eat anything with cassein in it.  I pronounced cassein cay-son. So, I would just think of milk proteins all the time.

I know a Kayson in his late 30's.  It's nms, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

I know a few Casons, most in their 30s-so I don't think it's a rhyme with Mason fad. I also know a couple whose last name is Cason so I think it was used for surname reasons.

this is what I was thinking.  I don't care how you spell it, it sounds like milk.

I actually have a female friend named Caysyn and I have never heard anyone else with this name. I struggle to see it as a boy's name since it is now a female name to me.
