Double Stroller

Recommend your favorite double stroller < $250. We?re looking for a swivel wheel, reclining seats, and the ability to ride on all terrain.  Is there such a stroller out there that someone actually has experince with?

I made the mistake of buying a double baby Trend jogger. It''s horrible. I love my single so I thought the double would be just as good, wrong. The front right wheel wobbles so much you can't run with it. I'm in the process of frequently checking CL but nothing has come up yet.
