Pushing a stroller is incredibly difficult and will be for the next few weeks. The injury is frontal and makes a stroller a torture device. My doc said that wearing her is a good option as long as I use a harness type carrier.
I put DD in my ergo today for our walk and it felt much better than pushing a stroller. But, I was wondering if there was a better option for me as I was still in pain. I am expecting pain, but it would be nice if it hurt a little less.
DD is 6 mos old and 18lbs. Anyone have any advice on harness carriers that are really easy on the shoulders?
Re: torn ligaments and ripped muscle in left shoulder...
If you are comfortable doing it you can do a hip carry with the Ergo and have the strap on the good shoulder. https://help.ergobaby.com/questions/44/ERGObaby+Carrier+Instruction+Sheet
