I have been away from the gym for the duration of this pregnancy. I first was scared to go (ridiculous, I know), then was on brief pelvic rest, then exhausted beyond functioning, and have the last two weeks just been worried about restarting my routine. Is it safe to go back and just do light exercise, working my way back to my routine? Or do I need to stick with nothing more than walking until after delivery since I have been sedentary for so long?
My "routine" was running/rowing and light weights with some yoga thrown in.
