Safe to go back to the gym?

I have been away from the gym for the duration of this pregnancy.  I first was scared to go (ridiculous, I know), then was on brief pelvic rest, then exhausted beyond functioning, and have the last two weeks just been worried about restarting my routine.  Is it safe to go back and just do light exercise, working my way back to my routine?  Or do I need to stick with nothing more than walking until after delivery since I have been sedentary for so long?

My "routine" was running/rowing and light weights with some yoga thrown in.

    I would check with your doctor.  However, I would think that you can go back and start light and work your way back to your old routine. Just don't overdo it at first and listen to your body.  You may not get to your pre-pregnancy level of exercise but hopefully you can get a decent work out in.
