Trying to Get Pregnant

nausea 7 days post ovulation

3 days of constant nausea and 7 days post ovulation. I'm super crossing my fingers this is the beginning of the same horrible morning sickness I had with my son. (for the life of me I can't remember when it started with him) Does it seem like it would be too early to feel morning sickness to anyone else? I thought it was maybe the flu but I just threw up and proceeded to eat a turkey dog with no problem. I will test later this week but am going to try and think positively.

  • I agree with pp, if you are only 7dpo, then it would be too early to have a +hpt, and therefore too early to have symptoms, especially nausea.  It *usually* takes a few weeks after +hpt to have nausea as a pregnancy symptom.

  • Both time I was pregnant I felt some symptoms very early, probably about a week after ovulation. Everybody is different,so yes, it is possible.

  • Check with first tri - they actually are KTFU and might be able to tell you...

Are you asking internet strangers to tell you that you are pregnant via this post?

  • I was thinking it was too early as well.  Thanks for the info.   Just seemed odd and was trying to think positive.

Didin't realize my question would offend someone so.  I'll try and be smarter in the future.

Your question isn't offensive, there are just a lot of women on here who like to repeat the same b!tchy answers over & over (instead of just not replying to the post)

  • Op it is probably too early, but I wish you GL!

  • i felt this way last cycle, and had LOTS of symptoms

nausea, leg/foot cramps, cravings, aversions, high temps, fatigue, headaches, etc.

i googled like a mad woman because i thought as well that if i were pregant enough for symptoms then i would be getting a BFP.....but all i ever got was a BFN (8 of them to be exact).

    i was a nut.

    it drove me batty.

    dont do it to yourself.

No one here can tell you if you're pregnant.

Wait another week, and, if you don't get your period, take a test. If it's positive, you're pregnant. If it's not, wait a week, and take another test.

Repeat until you get a positive test, your period, or you hit CD 60.

  • OP, let me just tell you... I had "nausea" as a symptom a week before I got my BFP! I was so nauseous all week and continued to get BFN's a week later got my BFP.

    Its possible.

    GL.

  • OP, it's possible, but of course there's no way for us to know. And for those who keep repeating it like a litany - you actually can have symptoms before an HPT would show up positive. Implantation spotting, for example. I got cramping 7dpo, a full week before I otherwise get AF cramping. You don't know until you've tested later whether they were phantom symptoms or pregnancy symptoms, so they're not predictive, but I disagree that they don't exist.
