I am an oldie who just doesn't post often. Also, I took a long break from the board when it seemed like there was a lot of drama going on.
Anyway, since I have always been more of a lurker, I don't think anyone really remembers me. My DD was born full term on May 25th after fighting off PTL at 30 weeks. I had a rocky pregnancy and some minor setbacks once she was born, but now she is a strong and happy little kiddo.

I'm new just found this site by searching for something else. I'm an rn and had my first baby in may! I can't believe it's been 9 months. I have a little girl!!
I'm an oldie but a lurker. I have been on the knot/nest/bump for 5 years but only started posting on this board when I got pregnant and only did that occasionally. I check the board everyday and post every now and then but I am pretty sure no one really remembers me ( I used to have my German Shepherd in my siggy). My pregnancy was kind of rough with severe hypermesis that I posted about every now and then but I gave birth to a healthy baby boy on May 15th.
My name is Sarah and I was an occassional poster on the July 11 board throughout my pregnancy but started lurking/occassionally posting on this one after having my little guy May 10 - 8 weeks early due to PPROM. He was born at 5lbs 3 oz (surprisingly big for 32 weeks) and has quadrupled his size now. He is a healthy almost 10 month old and I love seeing what everyones' babies are doing that are his age!
I feel like i am super awkward at intros. I jumped over here after mostly lurking on 9-12. I'm trying to participate more instead of lurking. I currently SAH. Super excited it's almost baseball season again and I love reading.

This board was super active before all of our LO's were born. Then a FB group was created and the majority of posters here jumped ship and haven't been back.
A lurker while we were pregnant, a regular poster after I had him on May 20th. Screw the FB group, hopefully it'll pick up again, from what I've noticed it comes in waves; active, dead, active, dead again.
I'm Al, an oldie lurker who likes to pop in every now and again to see how some of the other oldies are doing. Never have posted much (and most probably don't remember me since I've had relatively uneventful pregnancies), still don't even though we are expecting #3 this coming May and my congratulations to the other May '11 mommies who have recently found out they are expecting again!

I love you.
Anyways, I'll re-introduce myself because I don't know if anyone remembers me. I'm Carissa. Was due May 4th, Lydia decided to come April 26th. I lurk a bit, post a bit. I can't bring myself to go to the April 2011 board, because you ladies are "home" to me.
I try to post when I have something to offer up, but sometimes I just worry I'll sound patronizing when I'm trying to help. I probably need more advice these days with my 27 month old (need to wean off paci, transition to bed, and we're working on potty-training...AYYYY).
Anyways, I had 2 boys under 2 (both NICU babies) and am probably the biggest "2 is like 12!!!" parent out there. I totally felt like I was on top of things with 1 kiddo but 2 is kicking my butt! My older son was born with an often fatal condition called PUV and we've had multiple surgeries to correct the resulting issues and he has only 1 somewhat functioning kidney. So we deal with that, and I know a ton more about kidney/urinary issues than I ever wanted to know. He's the world's best little boy in my totally biased opinion. My May '11 baby (actually born 4/17) is a bit of a challenge these days - close to walking and constantly frustrated that he can't yet and also angry when he can't have what he wants. I'm a SAHM, we live in sunny Arizona, and I think that's all I can think of...
I really like being a part of this group of women. It's nice to have a consistent group of ladies to "chat" with about the things we are all going through.
I was a lurker my entire pregnancy and checked in with you girls every day. I struggled with severe infertility/ttgp/loss and just couldn't bring myself to become an active poster until she was here. Kind of bizarre b/c I felt like I knew you guys so well when the board was so active. I check here daily and post occasionally but spend a lot of time on the June 2011 board b/c it's stayed really active. DD was due May 24th and joined us on May 19th. Thanks for this post...I don't think I ever formally introduced myself

I'm probably one of the oldies you refer to as randomly popping in. To the new ladies: I'm Kacey, I have a 9 month old named Violet, and I post here every now and then! I posted way more pre-baby, but FB is more convenient for me now that I'm mostly on my phone or iPad.
Married to my best friend 6/5/10
BFP #1 9/7/10, EDD 5/14/11, Violet born 5/27/11.
BFP #2 4/9/12, EDD 12/16/12, M/C Rory 4/24/12.
BFP #3 10/6/12, EDD 6/16/12., Matilda born 6/17/13.
I'm neither new nor a returnee, but I figure I'll introduce myself for the new people anyway.
I posted all through pregnancy and since then as well because I don't want my real life connected to this sn through FB. My daughter was born April 16th after I got HELLP, so I went from having one of the latest due dates (May 27) to having one of the earliest babies. She's doing well, though, meeting pretty much all her milestones at least for her adjusted age, and is growing parallel to the curve, so still tiny (15 lbs at 10 months) but absolutely adorable and very active! :-)
BFP1: DD1 born April 2011 at 34w1d via unplanned c/s due to HELLP, DVT 1 week PP
BFP2: 3/18/12, blighted ovum, natural m/c @ 7w4d BFP3: DD2 born Feb 2013 at 38w4d via unplanned RCS due to uterine dehiscence

Hi I'm an oldie, but most often a lurker these days. My DD was born May 21st via sucessful VBAC. I was so thrilled to have the kind of birth I had been hoping for since my son was born that I took a break from the bump for a while. DD is now 9 months and I am getting back onto the boards as I gear up for my PostPartum Doula career.
Oldie and occasional poster these days, whenever I get some time during the work day to come on here and check. So annoying how my job keeps getting in the way of my casual Bump reading and posting....siiiiiigh.
Lots of new faces though, it's like a completely different place around here.
For the newbies, hi, welcome - I'm Rachael and have a May 30th baby, Elena Jane who is a complete goofball and is growing up way too fast. She giggles at anything and everything and makes me smile when I get home from work and want to scream.
I am Caitlin and I am an oldie, I have been posting since I was 6 weeks preg. LO was due May 12th, C/S scheduled May 5th, Wyatt came on May 3rd. Wyatt was my last kid, I have 2 older sons. So its exciting for me to see some of you getting BFP's again!!!

Hi! I'm Nicole and a newbie to the bump (was a regular on the knot boards when I was planning my wedding several years ago). Never made the jump to the nest and never posted while I was pg, but here I am! I was due June 5th, but was induced on May 30th for GD and HBP. My little peanut is awesome and so much fun. I work FT and wish I didn't have to (don't we all). DD is my first and not sure if she'll be an only (I'm 37, so the clock is ticking), it took us three and half years to get PG with her (PCOS), but I was able to get PG on my own.
Hi - Thought I would come out of the shadows and introduce myself. I was a total lurker for a good portion of my pregnancy and still check back from time to time. So while you guys don't know me, its nice to know others are going through the same things.
Due date was May 5, but DS arrived May 2. He was diagnosed with craniosynostosis at 3 months, had surgery and is currently in helmet therapy. Outside of that, he's a total normal and happy 10-month old.
I'm also a SM to an 11 yr old SS. He's with us part time. He's a good kid, but we're starting to see some teenager coming out....Yikes! So I also spend some time lurking on the Blended Family board.
I'm mostly a lurker on this board. Tristan was due April 21 but didn't arrive until May 3rd. I had an easy natural delivery when he did finally decide to make an entrance and he has been such an awesome baby. Although, recently, I think I've been deadly with some anxiety and I'm not sure why.
Im an oldie and now random poster. However ive been mia for a month due to computer issues...
im rebecca my son DJ was due may 5th after several issues he arrived april 8th and i refused to go to the april boards. Im having issues regarding him turningg a year old in a month

I've been a lurker here since I was pregnant and check in every few days now that the board isn't that active. You ladies have all giving me such great advice! DS was born May 14 at 9lbs 1oz and 20.5 inches. As of two weeks ago, he is 24lbs and 30in- our big boy. I work FT and EP.
Hiii! I'm Julia. Been around for awhile but wasn't active until after my son was born. He was due the 6th, came May 11 via unplanned c-section. He is 10 months old now and the best thing that ever happened to me. I kind of jump around with posting, I like to lurk Nice to meet you all!
Hi Ladies, I'm Claudia. I haven't been a very active poster on this board but was a member since early 1st tri. I'm now relatively active on the October 2012 board since managing to get KU, much to the Dr's surprise. Daughter was conceived via IVF since Dr's told us we'd most likely not be able to conceive w/one missing tube(previous ectopic) and remaining tube jacked. Surprise! ((insert mild panic)) We're thrilled but nervous to join the 2u2 club, especially since we're currently in teething HELL here.
Glad to see the board picking up more. I promise not to just lurk so much. .

I'm an oldie turned lurker. Posted a lot during the first 2/3 of my pregnancy then got super busy. Now FB is easier but I still check in to see those that aren't over there. I'm Liz and Cecilia was born on her due date, May 22. She's such a joy and growing up way too fast. Am I the only one having panic attacks thinking about my little baby turning a year old?!
I'm an oldie really don't post often.I originally started in the April club but went but went over my due date. My name is Kerry had a stressful pregnancy. My husband haf a truck accident while I was 18 weeks with our first little one.
Gave birth on May 3rd to healthy 8lb pounds little girl. God truly blessed out lives with such a sweet precious girl. Now she is 10 months, 23 lbs, she has 10 teeth, crawling, pulling up, and she is a beautiful reflection of the love my husband and I shared. Hope that wasn't to much info.
I posted a lot during my pregnancy, but I have been so busy with 3 kids and an upcoming move across town that I never come on the bump anymore. I've been stuck on the couch today with 2 sick kids and i got bored and wanted to see what was going on with the May 2011 moms! I can't believe our babies are almost ONE!
