Stands all the time, walks with her push walker thingy (the one in op's avatar!), just started waving at us, others, & the tv! She got her 1st tooth last week but a few more are just ready to pop through anytime. Still blabbers all the time too.
DD just started clapping a few days ago also She loves walking with her walk toys and she attempts taking steps by herself....so far she has done 6 at one time...boy time flies... She waves when she feels like it and loves blowing raspberries.
My daughter started clapping a few weeks ago--she is JUST starting to stand without support. (She usually lasts about 10-15 seconds now!) She does use her push walker, but she gets distracted with the toys in the front--so she leans over and plays with them instead. She said "mama" once over a month ago--and hasn't said it since! No other words either. She has about 5/6 teeth now--not sure if the other one popped yet. She loves to make kissing sounds as well.
DS just started crawling a few weeks ago, still not on all 4's but has a wicked army crawl :-) He has been pulling himself up to furniture for a couple of weeks but that was quite a frustrating time as he couldn't figure out how to get back down (so he would just screech at us!) Last week we had a major breakthrough when he learned to get down from a standing position and now he is all.over.the.place!
No words, but started clicking his tongue like crazy this week, and also smacking his lips. We're trying to teach him to blow kisses. He loves to clap, and seems to be dancing too whenever we play music. Eats all solids/finger foods like a champ, and loves his sippy cup. We're having a blast!
He is crawling really fast, cruising along furniture and for the first time let go today and stood by himself. I got really excited and startled him which caused him to sit down. He drinks out of a sippy cup and is throwing balls in the direction he wants it to go. He is also still waking up twice a night and throwing all his food off his high tray chair and loves sneaking food to our dog and is starting to throw fits when he doesn't get his way.
My kid walks, says her ABC's and eats with a fork. J/K. It sounds like one of those posts. Lol.
Arent you worried your DD is so behind?!?!? Mine is already reading chapter books and is >thisclose< to developing a cure for several diseases.
Lol
Once again, stir the pot and make this place a miserable place to be. Then everyone sits around and bitches and moans that the board is so slow. Whatever. I enjoy both sharing and reading the joys and frustrations of other babies who are close in age. If you don't ... buh bye.

SERIOUSLY?!?!? Who pissed in your Cheerios?? It is a JOKE! Sarcasm, humor, a post to just be silly and tongue-in-cheek.
Lots of pulling up to stand and babbling. His two bottom center teeth look like they are coming through at any minute. They have been visible just beneath the gum for almost a week. Poor guy! They will be his first teeth and I'm hoping teething will get easier. Wishful thinking, I know.

I don't recognize your SN, Lacie, so I have no idea what grudge you're holding onto here. But Lisa and Tinybride are absolutely not the reason the board is slow. They're two of the posters that keep me coming back to this board to check in.

My baby is VERY busy! She is completely. walking now! A few weeks ago she took her first steps and would fall. But now she has really improved walking. I think those Stride Rite shoes are great for babies. She actually took her first steps a lil bit after turning 9 months. Super Proud Mommy!
DS stands up on everything! Has recently started cruising. He crawls everwhere, but that isn't really new. He has 7 teeth with the eighth coming in. And he makes the cutest fishy face, he sucks his cheeks in so far. DS also will stand there with a little smile on his face hissing. It is so cute. It is so sad how fast time is flying.
