I cried when my co-workers hugged me. Then the president of the company came in and said "I need a hug." and walked over to me and hugged me and then held my shoulders and looked me in the eye and said "You've been through a tremendous amount of hardships in the last 6 months and you've handled it all with strength and grace and we're all incredibly proud of you. It's okay to cry."

And so I did.
