the nurse never called me last night from ob/gyn specialists.  i am so mad.  i called this morning and was put on hold for so long that i was redirected to the main menu.  ugh!!!!!!!!!!

It is so frustrating!  I realize they are busy, but when you have a medical question or are waiting on test results they need to do a better job!

I have an appointment next week and am seriously going to say something.  I waited for 2 days to get a call back about my glucose test results (this was after waiting until the day they said they'd call) and then had the nurse tell me the test was fine, but really wouldn't show if I had gestational diabetes at this point. WTF?  I just get a real sense of incompetency from them at times.  I really do like the doctors, but come on!

yea that is where i struggle.  i really like dr.jacobs, but i cannot stand when i am told they will call me and then never do.  i would call again, but i don't want to annoy them!

No, I would call them.  Just say, you don't mean to be a pain, but this is unacceptable.  While it might not seem like a big deal to them, it is to you and they need to call back.
