So I was tandem nursing my two today and discovered a position that worked great. I have large breasts so I normally hold the breast for both my kids, but when they both want to nurse at once it gets tricky. Here's what I discovered today:
Hold the baby on my lap in a cradle hold with my left arm (technically could go both ways but this will help the description). Loop my right arm UNDER my right breast. Use the right hand to hold the left breast for baby and the right arm to support the right breast for toddler (who was kneeling next to me). It worked great!
