My little guy and gal arrived almost 4 weeks ago! I was scheduled for a c-section at 38w1d because of their size discrepancy. The c-section was not as bad as I'd feared, and we were thrilled to welcome our little girl (5.5 lbs) and our big guy (7lbs). They are both healthy and doing really well. We are busy, but it is great!
