I am pretty out of shape and have gained some weight in the last year when my exercise routine fell apart. I don't have a steady routine now but would really like to incorporate weights, running and yoga into a regimented program. I am in the 2 week wait though as dh and I have just started ttc this month. Is it safe to begin exercising now? I saw my doctor last fall and didn't think to bring this up to him at the time...
