Temp ?

Will taking a nap during the day affect my next morning temp.  I was exhausted after church..so tired it made me lightheaded.  I slept for about 3 hrs!  This morning my temp sky rocketed. Highest it's ever been.  FF still hasn't given me CHs yet either.  B/W confirmed my surge on Tues (28th)  The nurse said I should O the next day. She told me to BD wed/thur/fri. And we did.  Now I'm just worried this high temp may be O.  But that would be a lot of days after my surge.

Thoughts?  TIA

I don't think taking a nap would affect it. I've always been a napper on my days off, and I've never noticed a difference. So, maybe it is O. It kinda looks like it to me, but it's hard to say until you see if your temp stays up.

ETA: On second thought, since it's all the way up to 98, could it be you're coming down with a virus? Do you feel ok? That could explain the tiredness and headache.

I don't think it was the nap that caused the spike. Looking at your chart, there is no clear O yet other than today's spike. Even though the bloodwork confirmed your surge, it's possible that you didn't O as expected and then had another surge which you O'd with. I'm interested to see what tomorrow's temp brings!

Hmmmm... it is very hard to tell. Were there any other factors that could explain the extremely high temp? A nap shouldn't effect your morning temp at all.
