BD timing chart?

Hey ladies...does anyone have the chart with the likelihood of conception based on BD pattern in regard to O? (I tried to explain that the best I could lol). I have looked everywhere and can't find it. TIA!!

You still only have about a 20% chance of conceiving every month.
