I've decided to just stick with my cast iron pan (as long as I keep people from washing it with soap, and give it some regular oil lov'in...it stays wonderfully nonstick, with no chemicals to worry about). Currently looking for a smaller cast iron to make small eggs in, etc.
I also have calphalon anodized aluminum...but even the finish on that is starting to look a little sketchy...and every nonstick or green pan I've ever seen starts to come off eventually it seems.
I love my cast iron. And it's my easiest pan to wash - I just rinse with hot water, or use a little kosher salt if I need to scour a bit. Heat in the oven to get the water out, then grease with coconut oil. It's nonstick and no chemicals.

I too, am in love with my cast iron. Nothing else cooks like it, and it's so low maintenance!
