Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Tea

I was sitting here sipping away before I was like "OMG THIS IS A TEA, TEA HAS CAFFEINE!" so I get on the computer to crystal light website so see the nutrition facts and it says nothing about caffeine. They have to list it in the nutrition facts right??

So if it's not there, no caffeine?

I would care about the diet sweeteners in that stuff than the minimal amount of caffeine it might have.  It should list it though.

I'm almost positive that only the Focus and Energy varieties of Crystal Light have caffeine in them...

You realize you can drink caffeine, right?

You can have caffeine, just need to limit your intake.

Thanks everyone! My first pregnancy was a MC so I am not doing a single thing that has be limited or anything. Might be over kill but I worry about everything.

Crystal Light now makes a brand called Pure. It uses Truvia.

I found out during my last pregnancy that crystal light iced tea is something like 98% caffeine free.

You can drink it, I do and I still have my coffee in the am...my OB is a big fan of having everything just in moderation....
