My Sweet Girls are Here!

After a difficult pregnancy, Grace Emery and Kate Sophia were born yesterday (3/2) at 33 weeks and 6 days! Grace weighed 4 pounds 14oz while Kate weighed 4 pounds 5oz. Both are breathing like champs on their own and we are going to start trying to feed them today. I delivered early due to pre-e and Grace's heart rate decals during contractions.

Oh my gosh...love, love, love the names-absolutely beautiful! Congrats mama and I'm so glad they are doing so well! Yay!

Congrats!! Those are good sizes!! I was doing the 24 hour urine catch in the hospital the day I delivered (last week), just being dx with pre-clampsia and now dealing with high BP leftover from it (apparently that can happen to some people). My son got the cord wrapped around his belly and I went to emergency c-section within an hour due to decels also. My lil guy had a lil trouble at first breathing but they are both doing well and breathing on their own also <: Definitely try to get rest in the hospital if you can! I didn't sleep for about 48 hours and really got run down... It's hard if you are pumping, and seeing the babies the time goes by so quickly!! Definitely shut off your phone too if people keep calling <:
