10 minute trainer?

Has anyone tried this? It's by Tony Horton - the same guy who created P90X.

I just ordered it, hoping that it works out b/c I do not have 60-90 minutes per day for the P90X, but can manage to do 10-30 minutes w/ the 10-minute trainer dvds.

Re: 10 minute trainer?

  • I haven't tried this. Any movement is good movement, right? :-)

It sounds like a great supplment to your normal workouts when you don't have a lot of time.

  • The 10 minute exercises are pretty good but don't expect the results they show on their commercials. They mention on their website that it takes multiple 10-minute sessions per day to get those kind of results. So overall, it still takes some intensive working. However, I do like doing the 10-min sessions.
  • I haven't heard of it but he's the guy with the whole BeachBody workouts (Brazilian Buttlift, p90x, etc) so its probably good, I'd imagine you have to do it a few times a day though to see real results.  You could also try 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels). Its 20 minutes and DOES provide results if you are diligent about it :)

     Do you have the set?

I'm going to start off doing 10 minute for the first couple of weeks ... but I hope to do about 30 minutes per day if possible. Even if it's not at the same time and has to be spaced out throughout the day.

I liked the 30DS as well, but I wanted to try something different.
