Has anyone tried this? It's by Tony Horton - the same guy who created P90X.
I just ordered it, hoping that it works out b/c I do not have 60-90 minutes per day for the P90X, but can manage to do 10-30 minutes w/ the 10-minute trainer dvds.
The 10 minute exercises are pretty good but don't expect the results they show on their commercials. They mention on their website that it takes multiple 10-minute sessions per day to get those kind of results. So overall, it still takes some intensive working. However, I do like doing the 10-min sessions.
I haven't heard of it but he's the guy with the whole BeachBody workouts (Brazilian Buttlift, p90x, etc) so its probably good, I'd imagine you have to do it a few times a day though to see real results. You could also try 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels). Its 20 minutes and DOES provide results if you are diligent about it

Do you have the set?
I'm going to start off doing 10 minute for the first couple of weeks ... but I hope to do about 30 minutes per day if possible. Even if it's not at the same time and has to be spaced out throughout the day.
I liked the 30DS as well, but I wanted to try something different.
Re: 10 minute trainer?
I haven't tried this. Any movement is good movement, right? :-)
It sounds like a great supplment to your normal workouts when you don't have a lot of time.
