Anyone else want to pick a new habit they want to form and try this theory out with me?
I want to start doing a load of laundry every day....lame I know.
I plan on adding "working out every day", but I'm getting fitted for my wedding dress tomorrow (yay!!) and I'm putting working out on hold so I dont lose any more weight.
Anyone else?? We can do an end of the day "Habit Check" if anyone wants ![]()

I've heard that too....I should really join the at least work out for 10 min/day.
I will too, Ive heard this before too, but I thought it was longer than that
Not sure what to do lol. I already work out 5-6x a week. Ill have to think of something. Not that I'm perfect by any means lol
