    He passed away on March 1. We had a remembrance for him this past Saturday.  It's been a rollercoaster couple of weeks.  We are grateful he is no longer in any pain, but we are going to miss him!!  My H is doing pretty well, all things considered.  He has had some time to prepare for this.  I think he will have up and down days...one of the hard things for him will be not having his daily calls with his pops.  I'm really sad for him about it.

    Doodle, thanks for updating us. I had been thinking of your family and wondering how things were.

    I am so sorry for your and your H's loss. I can't imagine how difficult this time must be for all of you. I hope your H finds some comfort and that you have the strength you need to support him and the rest of his family and keep your own family going. T&Ps to all of you.

    I'm sorry to hear this. It will definitley be a tough road for everyone, but like you said, its wonderful he is not in pain anymore. *hugs*
