I'm at the end of my first week using OCM. I love how soft my skin is after I cleanse, but it doesn't seem to be doing much for my acne/blackheads. How long until you noticed an improvement?

I didn't have acne/blackheads, so I can't comment on that, but I've been doing OCM for a few months and love it. There was a change in my skin after the first couple weeks and it took me a bit to get the right oil type proportion and frequency down, but it's great now. Good luck!
