My Ovulation Chart

Does anyone normally have a triphasic chart...I was looking back at my two charts from last year and I seem to always get a temp spike around 7dpo.  I just started this time around and we are TTA for a few months and again I got a temp increas, this time at 8dpo.

What causes the increase in temp mid LP?  Everything I read says in indicates pregnancy in lots of people b/c of the progesterone increase but it seems to just be normal for me.

Anyone else have this

I have tri charts before, it is like a second sometimes 3rd shift in temps. For what I have researched it can be a last surge as the egg either dies, or implants. Also heard progesterine. I know prob have in wrong order, but ya get my drift.

It is exciting to see, but be aware it could mean nothing.

Unfortunately you don't know if it's triphasic until a few days after the temp spike. The temps after the temp spike must stay in the same temp range as the last temp (the spike).

That makes sense...I was wondering if something happened around that time that always caused my temp to go up again.
