Q: BM storage.

I can store BM in the fridge for up to 8 days correct? This is what my pedi told me and also what I have read. I had someone tell me I need to throw it our after 72hrs today.

I can't remember the exact details, as I mostly pumped to freeze for future use.  Check https://kellymom.com/, they have lots and lots of bf info.

You are correct, you can keep it in the fridge for 8 days.

8 days is the max. I usually didn't do more than 5 though. I tried to freeze it if I didn't think it would get used in 5 days.
