Hey, so I don't know if it really helped me or not, but I've been doing about 30 minutes on all fours. Think cat/cow pose or modified child pose (hips up and a pillow under my head/chest.
Apparently gravity takes hold and helps turn the baby from sunny side up
I've been doing it for a few days when I went in on Monday for acupuncture (body prep) and then on Tuesday's fluid/position check baby was right where he should be and facing the right way.
It can't hurt and actually helps my back pain a bit.
I also do pigeon to stretch my hips!
Good luck!
Re: HSART...
Thanks for thinking of me. I try to do the cat/cow when I can. I was really good about doing it everyday, but lately I am spent at the end of the day. I've been doing it for a while. I also sleep in the sims position--on my left side, with my left leg straight, right bent, and almost on my tummy. I do a lot of different thing.
My MW today said that Tiny is in an okay position. He/she is not OP, but rather the spine is facing my right side, which is good she said. I still need to continue to crawl around on all fours everyday. I will continue to sleep the same as well.
Thanks again for thinking of me.
Hope all is going well for you and baby stays where it is and doesn't turn.
