I did my first stroller strides class this morning. Thankfully DD cooperated:)

I did a tabata work out at CrossFit tonight and it was brutal. Starting with ring dips you do as many as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat 8 times. After ring dips you do dumbbell thrusters for the same 8 rounds then wall balls for 8 more rounds.
