Had my first prenatal appointment this morning, and my practice is 100% behind me for a VBAC. Ended with a section last time because of improper positioning (DD's head was bent to the side; 2.5 hours of pushing plus 6 vacuum attempts to get her out). Offical diagnosis was FTD for paperwork but they believe the only thing that prevented a vaginal delivery was her positioning.

The only concern was that I had GD with the last pregnancy and was induced. They are a little more hesitant with a VBAC if I have to be induced again, but I was told that if I go beyond 40 weeks and have GD, they will monitor me closely with extra NSTs and extra u/s to try to give me time to go into labor on my own - probably up to 41 weeks, then they will need to discuss an induction.
