Are babies really supposed to be 6 months to go in the jogging stroller? With DS#1 I had a single jogging stroller. With the tray attached I could put him in his car seat in the jogger and we'd go running together, starting at about 6 weeks old. After he got to be about 3-4 months, I ditched the infant seat and just laid him down reclined in the seat. Now, I have 9 week old twins and I want to get out there and jog, but their infant seats don't attach to the double jogger, so I planned on just laying them in the reclined seats. But I read online recently that they should be 6 months old before you use the jogging stroller. Is that right? I didn't know this with my DS and he is just fine. Thoughts?
Re: What age is safe for jogging stroller?
This is for all the caterpillars that never became butterflies. And for all the butterflies that never felt the wind in their wings. And for all the hearts that had hopes and dreams of a wondrous flight together.
It's better to wait until the twins have stable neck control. Considering that newborns are fragile, and vulnerable to any sudden and shocking movement. After all, it's for your babies' safety.
