Do you use one, which one? My Dr. wrote a script for me- just wondering what the best one out there is- there are so many to choose from and they seem kinda pricey for the ones that seem like the most support. TIA
I didn't wear one last time and I now I wish I had. I never had back pain issues before and now it's constant. I would recommend getting one if you can afford it. I plan on getting one this time (even with just a singleton) just to help my back out from lifting chunky toddlers and carrying a big ole' belly around.
And I just ordered this one so I can wear it under clothes to work. I have a desk job, but by the end of the day I am starting to get a lot of pelvic and tail bone pain:
Re: Support belts?!?
I was thinking about you the other day. How are you holding up?
I just had a very simple one from Motherhood that worked okay. Better than nothing, that's for sure!

I bought this one originally to help with running - I wear it now when I walk on the treadmill. It's okay, and I am sure it's helping some:
