Ever since I've been pregnant again I lurk on the "regular" pregnancy boards but rarely post because I don't feel like I can relate.  I get so irritated at people who clearly don't appreciate their pregnancy and don't understand how amazing it all is.  Well, today one post pushed me over the edge and I finally went off.  On the first tri board someone wrote a post called "my current list of complaints."  You might ask why I'd even open that and I honestly have no good answer for you.  But as you'd suspect it was all silly trivial things... so I did it, I finally wrote back everything I wanted to say.  I never post on that board so I don't care if I get flamed.  I wrote it nicely, and even said they may get mad at me but I wish someone had given me some perspective when I was blissfully ignorant and pregnant with Peyton.  Oh goodness, can't wait to see what kind of answers that gets....

Good for you!  Sometimes I feel like I'm just waiting for someone to say something stupid just so that I have an excuse to go off on them.  I think it's good for us to let off a little steam!

You are kind! LOL! I feel like they need 1st, 2nd and 3rd tri boards for loss moms because, I don't fit in... at all.  Let's just start our own posts on the first tri boards together once a day, I mean we have several that can join in with us!

Way to go, Petunia!!  Sad part is, I don't know that it will sink in.  They'll just go on their naive, merry way.   Know that all the girls who have had losses on that board understand, though.

Well written post Petunia!  I wish they could enjoy their pregnancies more (even the minimally yucky stuff they are concerned with), but I wish I could go back to being naive too.

I LOVE THIS!  Curiosity got the better of me and I just had to go find it and read what you put.  I thought it was great.  Well written and gets your point across.  One person has since given you a little flack but a few have actually stuck up for you!  Yay!  You said what I've been wanting to say to everyone I know who posts stuff on FB complaining about being PG or how they're so "over it" or the friends I have to complain about their kids, babies etc.  Is it sad that I'm kind of doing a Dr. Evil laugh over this?

I did the same thing when I was pg with Lucas. It won't change people, but I felt better.
